Yes and No: It's normal to have the symptoms you are having when you have the stomach flu. If you are able to keep liquids down, then you just have to let the diarrhea pass, don't take any medication for the diarrhea. If you cannot keep liquids down (juice, water, etc.) then you need to go to urgent care or doctor for IV fluids. Very easy to get dehydrated when pregnant.
