Ultrasound?: It sounds like you're pregnant. If you had a recent ultrasound and it showed a heartbeat, that's an excellent sign, as risk of miscarriage drops when heartbeat present. Sometimes symptoms (breast tender, for example) can wane and is not necessarily a sign of miscarriage. Why do you think so?: If you are on birth control, using it correctly, and have negative pregnancy tests...then why would you think you had a miscarriage? Irregular bleeding/spotting episodes are common, and can be red, pink, or brownish. Doesn't sound like you have any reason to worry that you had a miscarriage.
