May be normal: The hormonal changes one's body goes through during a menstrual cycle can cause the nausea, fatigue, bloating - etc that can also go along with pregnancy. 1st check preg test: Over the counter pregnancy tests are cheap and reliable. Go do one and then you will know and you won't have to worry about it any more. If you don't want to be pregnant see your doctor for effective birth control. If not pregnant you will need to see your obgyn to discuss causes of pelvic pain and irregular periods. They will prob do an exam and sonogram to look for ovarian cyst. ...Read more

Not likely: This is not a symptom of pregnancy. If worried about pregnancy, please check home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If neg, repeat in 7-10 days. If both neg then unlikely you are pregnant. Creamy, white discharge suggests possible yeast overgrowth. If it continues, please see your gyn provider for evaluation.
