GERD /Low acid diet: Write a journal with the food or medicines that exacerbate your symptoms. Avoid those. Not pregnant individuals may get benefit from antacids, h blockers like zantac, (ranitidine) pepcid, tagamet at the right dosis or stronger meds likes Omeprazole or other ppis.
