May not need: If beta HCG is dropping you likely are already having a miscarriage. Most physicians aren't recommending using Cytotec (misoprostol) alone to terminate a pregnancy. Most mds will provide Mifepristone combined with cytotec (misoprostol). I realize that some women will obtain Cytotec (misoprostol) in mexico or on-line and use at home without a doctor.
