I had a d&c for a blighted ovum 2 .5 weeks ago. Negative pregnancy test yesterday so hCG is gone. Now ovulation symp, can I conceive so soon after?

How viable pregnancy wth increasing bhcg lvls. Wk 4 (8000hcg); Wk 5 (24000); Wk 8 (174000). is there a chance of blighted ovum? in 2 wks will be U/S.
Numbers are good: but nothing is specific enough to guarantee it couldn't still be a blighted ovum. I run a specialty practice where we can US patients when the hCG is above 2000, so we routinely do 6 week ultrasounds.
