Hello, i would like to know if its ok for a woman who has no fertility problems to take Clomid (clomiphene) if she wishes to have multiple fetal pregnancy?

No: Clomid (clomiphene) is used for women who have problems with ovulation; not regularly releasing an egg. Clomid (clomiphene) does increase the risk of twins in these patients but is never indicated to purposely cause multiples is women that ovulate regularly. ...Read more

Rest of a work-up: 3 or 6? If u r ovulating but still not conceiving the question is what else is going on.Has he had a semen analysis?Is there a problem with cervical mucus?R your tubes open?The answers to these questions determine what the next step is.If it has only been 3 clomid (clomiphene) cycles, just continuing clomid (clomiphene) is reasonable but,if it has been 6, it doesn't make sense just to continue something that isn't working. ...Read more
