Hard to say: They used to call it a wedge resection of the ovary. Ovarian drilling lap and dye done. No spill through the left tube. Does that mean it's definitely blocked? And if so what are the chances of pregnancy
Not necessarily: It's nice to see dye coming from both tubes, but it's possible that there was not enough pressure to force the dye though the left tune. So it's not definately closed. Since the right was open, I assume, that should not be an issue. The issue will be if the ovarian drilling helps you start ovulating. ...Read more
I have pcos and i will be going for ovarian drilling soon after five cycles of clomid (clomiphene). What is the success rate for pregnancy with this procedure?

Not likely: The follicles are too small, but more important, you just had the surgery where your ovaries were traumatized by the drilling.
