Maybe a suture but: Belly-button (umbilical) pain may originate locally due to infection or herniation, or be "referred" from another abdominal location like the appendix. Check with your dr: It is not unusual to have bleeding after a tubal or any laparoscopic gynecology surgery. It is not recommended to use a tampon 2nd risk of infection. You are better off using pads. Depends: Is there pus (purulent drainage) coming from the would or is it more like a clear bloody discharge. Also, is there any redness or tenderness around it? Do you have an fever?
