Pregnancy 37 Weeks Labor
29 weeks pregnant increase discharge & sharp pain. First pregnancy baby born at 37 weeks & got pregnant less than a year after birth. Baby be early?
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
8 weeks pregnant & on prometrium (micronized progesterone) due to vaginal bleeding at 4 weeks. Heartbeat at 6 weeks, another ultrasound scheduled next week. Miscarriage risk?

33 wks pregnant irregular painless contractions, positive ffn test, 1 CM dilated, baby well into pelvis, 6th pregnancy, will i give birth early?
Hard to say: The fetal fibrobectin test is much more predictive of the real condition, or the truth, when the test is negative, than when it is positive. A single positive ffn test result is not highly predictive of preterm labor and delivery, and since you are probably not in active labor from irregular contractions, it's hard to answer your question with confidence. See your OB regularly as directed ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
37 wks pregnant, AF index 8, placenta grade 3, fetal lungs mature, weight 3 kg, cephalic, head 4/5 in pelvis. Cervix 0.5 cm open. When to expect labor?
37 weeks and 6 days pregnant. 4cm dilated. 60% effaced. Lost mucus plug. False labor yesterday. How much longer until true active labor?!
First or subsequent?: The onset of "true" labor is difficult to predict, however, sounds like you are very close. If you've had a vaginal birth before, it's likely to go faster the next time. If this is your first, then it could take an extra day or even week! Stay calm and let your contractions do their job. Your cervix will dilate, and/or your membranes will rupture! ...Read more

Positive pregnancy test 10 weeks after full term delivery: new pregnancy or residual pregnancy hormone from previous pregnancy?
Couple of reasons: 1)depending on the hormone levels, it may take a while for the levels to drop to 0. 2)there may be retained tissue. 3)this could be a separate pregnancy. 4)there are some medical conditions (molar pregnancy) that can cause persistently elevated hormone levels. 5)the surgeon may not have completed the abortion (still an ongoing pregnancy). Follow up with the surgeon who performed the procedure. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
