36 weeks pregnant & want to know, if i haven't taken much prenatal pills throughout my pregnancy can I still have a healthy baby?
Normal to worry!: Unfortunately, 36 weeks is just the start of a long period of worrying about your children! while it would have been optimal to have taken prenatal vitamins, you get many of the same nutrients if you eat a reasonably healthy diet. Depends: In general an afi of 10 is normal but a 9.4 is very close an is not worrisome. Whem an afi is at the borderline it is common to repeat the test in a week.
