Don't worry!: I'm not sure why you are worried. Crab is a low mercury seafood, and should not cause a problem. Check this out: http://www. Mayoclinic. Com/health/pregnancy-and-fish/pr00158 good luck! ...Read more

What are the necessities of early pregancies. Safety and care?

A few things.: Most importantly, don't smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs. Deep sea diving, sky diving, roller coasters or water skiing are not good ideas either. Hot tubs and saunas are ok only if the temperature is less than 100 degrees. Most other activity and exercise is fine to continue at a level you are accustomed to. How long does it usually take to get your pre pregancy body back?

Breastfeeding helps: The body of a woman who has delivered a baby changes in many ways. Some of those are permanent changes in the structure or function. But it might take a couple of months to get back into clothes (not shoes:/) worn before pregnancy. Breastfeeding helps with weight loss (but should not be done unwisely simply to lose pounds) postpartum exercise, if approved by ob, can be fun and helpful see my guide. ...Read more

Hi I my peoid was due yesterday, and last week I was bleeded for a day and a half then on sat I spoted a little brown. I have been having a few pregancy systoms, but I took two test but both was neg but that was before I was late

If: If there is a possibility you could be pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test. It sounds as though the ones you took were too soon.

You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period and a doctor's test can tell around when you should be getting your next period.

There are other reasons besides pregnancy that can cause a woman to miss a period such as: stress, diet, excessive exercise or a hormone imbalance such as with a thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome. If you continue to have an irregular cycle, you should give your doctor or your ob/gyne a call. Good luck! ...Read more
