Was diagnosed in Jan. W/ new LBBB. Stress test & labs normal, no further testing. Now have SOB and pounding heart when lying down. 39 yo fem smoker.
More workup: A normal stress test is reassuring and means you have time to look into this problem further. LBBB is not normal and suggests that you might have a structural problem with your heart.
