I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I've pcos and obese, age 29 yrs. My fetus heart rate is 86 bpm. What is chance of survival of my baby? Any precaution to take?

Varies: If you are 6 weeks pregnant (4 weeks after conception) it is very early to see a heartbeat. The heart beat starts at 85-100 at that time and increases by about 10 beats per week.
