Sorry for your loss: If you are not having much pain or bleeding, you can go about and pretty much do anything you want as you can tolerate. If u r still having pain or excessive bleeding, then don't force it. Often, after 1 wk you should feel back to normal. Cycle after miscarry: After a miscarriage, the usual advice is to wait 3 months of cycling before trying again to make sure your body gets back to normal.
