Saline Instead: Patients should start with saline sinus rinses. This is the best type of rinse one can do at home. I have treated countless patients and not needed to recommend peroxide sinus rinse. It can be used in some patients but it should only be done with who are being followed by an ENT who recommends it. Dont try at home otherwise.
