Gave oral sex to a man for about 2 minuites no ejaculation occurred. Possible small amount of pre cum but I'm not sure. Worried about hiv? Should I?

Very low risk: What you did has minimal risk, even if the man has HIV. If he does not have HIV, there is obviously no risk of you getting it. There are other sexually transmitted disorders like herpes, HPV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis etc. Next time you see your doctor discuss it with her/him if you need to be tested for any of these. See this site for safer sex guideline: http://www.aids.org/topics/aids-factsheets/aids-background-information/what-is-aids/safer-sex-guidelines/ ...Read more

Fooled around with girl, we both had demin pants and underwear on. Noticed spots pre cum on my boxers later chance of pregancy?

Virtually none: The chance against your sperm entering your partner's vagina appears infinitesimal as the boxer shorts and two layers of denim plus her underwear should be impassable. Should she miss her next period for some other reason, she could get a pregnancy test only for peace of mind. ...Read more

Dr I just want to know the percentage of being HIV infected if unprotected sex occurred without cum or pre cum, penetration for a minute then condom?

Very low: These rates are difficult to calculate for obvious reasons. Certainly the specific situation you describe has not been studied. When studied, it is typically in the situation where one partner is HIV positive and other is negative. Pooled research studies suggest that the risk of infection in this situation (one +, one -) to the woman in one act of vaginal sex is 0.08%. Still, practice SAFE SEX! ...Read more

Can your body fight off a 1-second exposure to potentially HIV infected pre-cum on my anal fissure from condom breaking? I don't know his HIV status.

Can you tell me about HIV from pre-ejaculate and anal fissure. What are my chances?

Get tested: If I understand your question, you have an anal fissure and during a sexual encounter, the fissure was exposed to semen, or some fluid from the penis of an infected individual with HIV. If that is the case, you are at risk for acquiring HIV. I advise you to seek testing ASAP for HIV — may require two tests over a few weeks. Depending on the timing of exposure, you may be started on HIV meds ...Read more

Hiv risk of unprotected oral sex and vaginal sex. Separate incidents. No ejaculation. Little to no pre ejaculate.

Use a condom!: All forms of unprotected sex leave both partners at higher risk for HIV, and other sexually transmitted diseases. Sexually transmitted diseases leave you more vulnerable to acquiring HIV. When you have unprotected sex, it is easy for semen, vaginal/rectal fluid or blood infected with HIV to enter your system, no matter the amount. ...Read more

Can PRE ejaculate mixed with saliva that passes over a sore on lip pose a substantial risk of HIV transmission?

Chances of acquiring HIV if I gave oral sex but I had a small sore on my lip but it wasn't bleeding and I came in contact with pre ejaculate.?

Basically zero: In the big studies, guys who only did oral sex with guys, even if they had a huge number of partners, and even if they contacted a lot of semen, just didn't get HIV. This is disputed anecdotally and it may be different for monkeys, but I'd stop worrying. Love's grand in whatever form is right for you, but you can get syphilis and gonorrhea from this, so think about condoms next time. ...Read more

If someone performs oral sex and infected pre ejaculate touches a small sore on lip, how likely is it HIV will be contracted? Could saliva kill it?

Very Slight Chance: Saliva & the mouth are very protective so it is likely that you will be fine but don't leave it to chance! You should be tested ASAP and again at 6 months. Oral sex is lower risk and that is more with sores inside the mouth though if the lip sore was bleeding the odds do increase slightly. Still, you need to be careful. You might also wish to consider discussing with you doctor the use of PrEP ...Read more
