Maybe hyperthyroid: Hyperthyroidism (too much circulating thyroid hormone) will often produce rapid heart rate and insomnia - along with other symptoms like diarrhea, weight loss, and jitteriness. Low thyroid may cause weight gain, sluggishness, coarse/dry skin, and constipation. Ask your care provider about your symptoms. There are two forms: of CoQ10. Neither has been regulated by the FDA. (One form appears to have more antioxidant properties). Several conditions have been associated with low CoQ10 levels including HTN, heart failure, certain cancers, gingivitis, gastric ulcers, etc. Currently there has not been a consensus arrived at as to the BP lowering effects (due to lack of controlled studies). May affect Zoloft (sertraline) level a bit. ...Read more

Maybe...: If you are following strict dietary and lifestyle modifications routinely recommended to patients with gerd and are compliant with taking your Nexium (esomeprazole) it may be time to either try a different ppi or double the dose of nexium (esomeprazole). 30 - 40% of patients with gerd will require a double dose of ppi for control of symptoms.
