Several possibilitie: You may have added muscle which increases weight. You may have eaten more than you think. You may be retaining water for some reason such as having your period, etc. Don't get nervous about a small short term weight gain. It might be muscle!: I always check my patients' leaness and calculate fat weight and lean weight. Exercise will increase body weight several ways. Fluid retention is first. Normal, because it increases endurance to have greater plasma volume. Then after three weeks, muscle gain appears. Is improved posture from chiropractor permanent if not maintained over yrs? No longer get adjusted, don't stretch, no yoga, bent over computer daily.
