For some people, when they eat a little they can't stop or they will eat more the next day and the cravings will continue. Comparing a baked potato to a processed food like potato chips: The chips have more sodium, more fat, less fiber, less healthy potassium and far less vitamins and minerals.

2% milk fat gets 35% of the it's calories from fats. Whole or 4% milk fat gets 46% of it's calories from fat. 1% milk fat gets 20% of it's calories from fat. Skim or nonfat milk get no calories from fat. Only 2% of the total volume of 2% milk is fat. But milk is composed mostly of water.
Chobaini makes great yogurt. 0% fat yogurt is fine. However, if you were diabetic or trying to work on a really good glycemic balance, the extra fat in 2% could aid in breaking down the calories more slowly.

Doubtful: Acrylamide, the subject of the decade-long hoopla, is a very weak mutagen and it would surprise me if it is a real carcinogen (cancer-causing chemical). It's an irritant at high levels, but is present only at very low levels. Neither corn or potato chips are very healthy. What makes a food fattening is the amount of starches ; unhealthy fats. Both potatoes ; corn are starchy. Sort of, REALLY BAD: Technically french fries/chips are vegetables but are also junk food. When people are advised to eat veggies these aren't what's meant & don't count as credit towards servings.
