Go see GI doc: Clay colored stool suggests liver damage, specifically blockage of biliary tract. This can cause skin & eyes to turn yellow plus urine to be dark cola color. Dr.'s are telling me to be vegetarian. I'm having a hard time adjusting. Is a baked/steamed potato w/veggies etc a day bad? It helps keep me full. Ty!
