Depends: It's hard to know with only a one-time reading. Your kidney function can fluctuate depending on your hydration status, how well controlled your blood pressure is (esp if it's too low for adequate renal perfusion) and if you're taking any medications that can affect gfr, ie nsaids, antibiotics like bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim). What should my grandmother do to lower her blood pressure? My grandmother has high blood pressure. She currently takes the following medications for it:
-losartan potassium 100mg once a day
-coreg cr 40mg and 20mg (60mg total) once a day
I have grade 2 scariolitis (as) and i take no medication. I have low hemoglobin 118, low MCH 27.2 and high RDW which came on suddenly. My blood count was normal six weeks ago, except the low potassium level of 3.3. Could I have aoi anemia or inflammation?
