Wasn't sure what you: Meant by low counts, but i would not leap from low blood count to ovarian ca. Ovarian ca does not tend to metastasize to bone marrow, where blood cells are made. Contralateral ovary, fallopian tubes, peritoneum, liver, lungs, bone and brain are the most common sites. I think the more intriguing question is why you are making the connection? Study by m a mcsorley et al int j of cancer 2009 aug 1 12593) 674-679 contradicts the popular belief that higher fsh levels will cause cancer.In this study risk is decreased with higher levels of fsh and lower levels are associated with ovarian cancers and it is a puzzle to me also , hope one of our expert oncologist will unravel. ...Read more

Unlikely,: Your age and presentation suggest many other likely diagnosis. Incidentally, how did you know that your estrogen is low? Cramps in 39 y female could are likely to be due to menstrual cycles. When does cramping occur? Cyst, infection, review of other systems... Cancer is low on the list. The differential is wide open.
