Not anaphylaxis: Anaphylaxis refers to acute allergic reaction with loss of blood pressure, passing out, tight airway, sudden difficulty breathing. The cause is usually known. You have something quite different. You need a diagnosis-----scabies or whatever----and your Dr should call a dermatologist for you to be seen on an urgent basis.

Infected scabies: Sorry your question is not clear. Yes scabies can get infected. New pimples would probably be a different thing, Irrespective of that antibiotics would be needed.

Photo would help: The characteristics of the rash are very important to determine the cause. If you can share a photo here on Health Tap- there may be a dermatologist or other doctor who can identify it for you. I wonder if the rash comes and goes or is there all the time? What parts exactly on your body is it found? What exactly does the rash look like? Can you describe it... many Q's but needed to find diagnosis.

Sir iam suffering from scabies even I used medicines for a week iam feeling itchy rashes and itchy pimples like on my penis please sir what should ido?

It takes 2-3 weeks: It takes 2-3 weeks for scabies symptoms to subside after successful treatment. Even though the treatment killed the scabies mites, your body is still reacting to the dead mites, eggs, and droppings in your skin. Just wait it out; your symptoms will clear up in the next couple of weeks.

Scabies rash does it get worse after tx with cream?

What kind?: It won't get worse with cream but will stay and spread for a long time if not properly treated. Even after the treatment has killed all of them, you may still be itching for many more days because of the bug droppings in the skin.

What are the first symptoms of scabies? What is the very first signs and symptoms that define a rash as a scabies rash? .

Itch: Scabies tend to create burrows and small red bumps in the skin, often found in underarms, belly button and inter digit web spaces. In infants, buttocks are commonly involved. Your doctor can diagnose this by finding scabies mite on skin scraping. They typically don't affect the face or scalp, so treatment is usually topical Elimite (permethrin) applied to every inch of your skin from neck down.
