Have sinus pressure & post nasal drip w/ no runny nose. Hands are shaky and ears are ringing, had eyes checked, all good. Afraid of brain tumor.?
Probably not!: At 20 yo your symptoms point more towards a basic sinus issue, with a possible underlying anxiety disorder. If your hand shake all the time, you may have some familial tremor or something else, but most likely not a brain tumor. If the shaking is constant, than see a neurologist to get it evaluated. Depends: It depends on the cause for the post-nasal drips. If the nasal drips is not linked to nasal stuffiness, sneezing, or runny nose, one needs to consider other causes (sinus infection for example). How do I get rid of bad sore throat that follows post nasal drip and runny nose. What is this? Allergies or something serious
Post Nasal Drip: Postnasal drip is likely secondary to allergies. The best treatment is intranasal steroid sprays with the addition of over-the-counter antihistamines like Chlor-Trimeton. Can having deviated septum cause bad post nasal drip? Anytime I have a runny nose, snot will fall to my mouth and gag on it. Ent said sinuses are good
Unlikely: A deviated septum does not usually cause severe post nasal drip. If you have already seen an ENT doctor and sinusitis has been ruled out, I would consult an allergist.
