Give it time: Since you didn't give an etiology (ie car accident or fall, etc) it's difficult to say. If this is a simple grade 1 concussion, then give it time. It may take a few months for your head to clear. No specific therapy is indicated. No chiropractic for a while though. ...Read more

Climb On!: I would say it's probably fine as long as you don't hit your head. Top roping is safest and typically does not produce falls severe enough to hit your head. Definitely wear a helmet though. ...Read more

Yes and maybe: I'd refrain from alcohol and let the brain fully recover, still takes time. Non contact physical activity is a good idea. Glad you are healing! ...Read more
