29 yo. Positive c reactive protein. They've diagnosis me with ra. Can this diagnosis be wrong? I've tried the medicine, but had no response.
Good question: Ra is diagnosed primarily by what your symptoms are. Typically RA patients have pain in small and large joints on both side of your body. Not all of the joints need to be symptomatic at once. 30 min to 1 hour of joint morning stiffness is typically present. The labssuch as crp, rf, ccp, ESR , may or may not help. My rhf is 30.6, my ESR is 25, my c-reactive protein is .81 and i'm obese. Is this a sign of being overweight or do I have RA or something is wrong?

Best RA test: Anti-citrullinated protein antibody. Probably my typographical error -- acpa is considered by many to be more sensitive and more specific for rheumatoid arthritis than any of the old classic tests you have listed.
