What is apca blood test when checking for ra? My sed rate rheu factor and c reactive protein are all normal. I have stiff fingers and swollen tendons like trigger fingers in am.

Best RA test: Anti-citrullinated protein antibody. Probably my typographical error -- acpa is considered by many to be more sensitive and more specific for rheumatoid arthritis than any of the old classic tests you have listed.
