No: That does not sound like an emergency and you should be able to see you doctor. If you are bleeding excessively (more than a pad per hout for more than an hour) you do need to be seen and may need to have a d&c. ...Read more

Maybe...: Cramping and bleeding in early pregnancy is potentially worrisome. It would be best if you saw your Ob and were checked out. See detailed answer: If your home pregnancy test was positive and you began bleeding it could either mean that the test was a false positive and you are beginning a cycle; or that you may be having implantation bleeding and the pregnancy is still intact. Could be: You need a medical evaluation now because of the heavy bleeding and pain. If you are SOAKING a pad an hour or more, then you need to be seen now. That level of bleeding can be dangerous.
