Is there a muscular disease that restricts your rib cage from expanding? Poor posture has caused my rib cage to become restricted by the muscles.

Lifting is good 4 u: This is going to take a lot of hard work doing resistance in the gym. Don't try steroids -- instead of looking great and earning respect (good "scary"), you'll damage your health and probably act stupid (bad "scary").
