Not your ear: The sound is not likely coming from the ear itself, or a muscle at all. More likely a ligament or bone in your upper neck is the source. Isotretinoin: Better late than never. Cystic acne won't be cleared by antibiotics. It's not for the faint-hearted but it's probably what you need. The internet is full of scare stories but the fast majority of folks with cystic acne are glad after they've done it. ...Read more

Now wait a minute: This is a little out of control: if you are 23 and have high blood pressure, this needs to be investigated. It could be your diet/salt, but it might be something else curable. Prop reflex: A 3 mo will extend his/her legs to prop as a standard reflex, it is not an effort to stand. This reflex disappears between 6-9 mo as kids nervous system prepares for voluntary standing.
