Twitching and and pain in calf and back of knee on left leg. Bulging veins in foot as well. Could this be a dvt?

Dad is experiencing leg pain, leg swelling and leg tenderness in right upper leg near main artery, ultrasound is clear but has severe pain can't walk?
Keep looking: Was the ultrasound done to look for a blood clot, or something else. There are multiple conditions that could be causing it, and there are more sensitive tests as well.
