Yes: You need to be concerned about stomach irritation by the alcohol which can cause bleeding. The irritation can be severe enough to lead to an ulcer(s). Only if a LOT: Of beer. Cirrhosis of the liver can manifest with varicose veins of both the esophagus (gullet) and of the veins around the rectum (hemorrhoids). Your doctor can do blood tests for your liver, and if there is concern, do various kinds of scans on liver to determine if this is the problem.
