I puked poop...? Like it tasted disgusting, and looking like diarrhea, with mostly small clumps. It smelled like poop too!

Black stools should: b checked for blood.Take a specimen in for testing.Other things that cause dark stools are peptobismal,spinich,beets. Tar odor: The odor is nonspecific, but if the feces looks like tar, one would be concerned about occult bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract, use of peptobismol, or taking iron supplements. Thick hard white hair growing from skin. Pulls out with ease. Looks like, feels like fingernail like material. About 1/2" long. Looks like cat whisker?
Constipated...: Most likely he is suffering from constipation. Trying to increase his fluids (prune or apple juice works well), and decrease milk intake if he drinks a lot. Depends on if this is a long standing problem or if he has pain with defecation which is causing him to withhold, treatment with a stool softener like MiraLAX (generic = polyethylene glycol) may be needed, but i would start this with his doc. ...Read more

See doctor: It sounds like you definitely have an infection. Could be simple like a yeast infection, or could be a more serious STD. But definitely if you have white placques or papules, then probably yeast, but would want to make sure isn't herpes or syphilis. Little white thread like things on mushy stool and on wipes. Look& feel like little rolled up paper but i don't use toilet paper I use wipes. Ideas?
Test: White threads in stool could be food remnants, mucus from the colon, or worms. A good place to start is to test the stool for worms and parasites. It can also be tested for occult blood and evidence of inflammation in the intestine (wbc, calprotectin, lactoferrin).
