Recommend you see a urologist to do a complete history, exam, urinalysis, and post-void residual urine. That along with a 3-day voiding diary whereby you measure and record the time and amount (volume) of each urination over 3 separate 24 hr periods should provide the answer(s). ...Read more

If no infection is found, the following is worthwhile: moderate water drinking, avoid coffee and carbonated caffeinated beverages, avoid spice foods and alcohol, exercise/relaxation, sleep well, etc.; they may help. See remark: The question is not clear?by raised bladder neck you mean bladder neck contracture(obsruction),the answer is YES ! You are relatively young for having this problem.Yes,it causes everything you descibe.
