I quit taking cymbalta for polyarthralgia due to severe side effects. It did work can I take pristiq as alternate?
Dx: bilateral dequervain's ,polyarthralgia (tendons), neuritis in elbows/forearms/hands. Steroids ineffective. Rheum workup normal. Unsure what to do.
Ask someone new!: Your tests are normal, but your symptoms are not. They seem to indicate some form of collagen vascular disorder. You probably need a Rheumatologist to consider more testing to indicate the source of inflammation.
