Pneumonia X Ray Description
Can lung cancer ever appear on an xray, be diagnosed as pneumonia and then not appear on two subsequent xrays or was it really pneumonia.
No symptom of pneumonia but X-ray shows on right side a patchy alveolar infiltrates, rule out pneumonia.. What it could be as there is no symptom?
Many causes: Patchy infiltrates on chest xray are a non-specific finding that could be related to many different causes/conditions. In someone who is asymptomatic (like you), a detailed history, physical examination and further testing (if required) based on individual risk factors can help find the cause.
