Advice for follow up: If u feel that you are having a return of your symptoms it is possible for a new re infection after the know previous (4 months ago )has cleared up. I would advice getting treated by your doctor. If there were no symptoms and only a cxr finding that could simply suggest old scaring sometimes. ...Read more

I have had severe mycroplasma pneumonia with the hepatitis and rash. I was in hospital for 2 weeks - now discharged. What is the ave recovery time?

Mycoplasma: pneumonia can linger. Your recovery time could be a month to six weeks. You won't feel as bad as you did when it started the whole time, but you may notice a lingering cough and general fatigue. The key is that your symptoms should generally be improving, even if slowly.
