Took plan b twice last month. Got my period at the normal time but I'm experiencing PMS symptoms 2 weeks early than my expected period. Why?

Need a better plan: This isn't the best use of plan B. It's great for emergency but you need a better protection strategy that will also prevent STDs - like condoms! PMS symptoms vary for each woman - nothing to many different ones. None are 100% associated w/ menstrual periods - they can be from a variety of causes. This might be why you're surprised to see yours early. Also, P=pre, often a week+
