Pleurisy Back Pain
I have a history of pleurisy. Since yesterday I've had pain in chest & shoulder/back on deep inspiration. Can the shoulder/back pain be pleurisy too?
Chest/rib aching on left side. Mid-back pain when bending. Ekg, chest xray, blood work clear. Overly sweaty sometimes (esp. Night). Er thought pleurisy but naproxen doesn't seem to help. Thoughts?

I'm a 35 yr old female and everytime I start to drink coffee I end up having pain in my chest on the left side. I was told back in 1997 that I had developed pleurisy in my chest from drinking energy drinks but I read that caffeine doesn't cause pleurisy.
