Maybe: Pleurisy is an inflammation of the lining of the lungs. The pain can sometimes radiate up into the neck but this is uncommon.

Many answers: Mold exposure per se does not usually cause pain although allergic reaction or other immune responses may occur. If you have any nasal, eye, or respiratory symptoms from the exposure, you need to consult an allergist who can perform allergy skin testing or lung function testing on you.

Likely related: Drinking cold drinks can affect sensations in throat & extend to whole chest in some patients. Your history likely makes it more pronounced. Avoid cold drinks is the best solution for now (as the alternative...using steroids to control body inflammation --is not a good one given its risks).

But if caused by infection, blood clot to the lung, traumatic bleeding, or immune reaction, must DX and rx specifically.

Can be: Amoxicillin would be used for these conditions if an underlying bacterial infection is confirmed or at least suspected. Otherwise, Amoxicillin will not help these conditions in any way.
