Pleurisy And Back Pain

Nerve pain: The rib cage discomfort may be due to pressure on a nerve caused by a spur or disc in the midback spine. A deep breath can also pinch the intercostal nerve which runs between ribs. I recommend an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon who will order the appropriate images. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Talk to your doctor, as a chest xray will help show it. ...Read more
