Should i wear a mouth guard for my braces while i play soccer and are there mouth guards that are compatible for braces with elastics?

Should i wear a mouth guard for my braces while i play soccer and are there mouth guards that are compatible for braces with elastics?

Do not wear the otc warm-up kind as these prevent tooth movement, therefore no braces progress.
