Should i wear a mouth guard for my braces while i play soccer and are there mouth guards that are compatible for braces with elastics?
Absolutely: Better a live chicken than a dead duck. Wear orthodontic mouthguard for all contact sports (including soccer). Your orthodontist will have one for you. Do not wear the otc warm-up kind as these prevent tooth movement, therefore no braces progress. Follow MD's orders: What does your doctor say about this? Even without an MRI a physical exam should be able to determine the stability of the knee. If the knee is determined to be unstable, then playing on it can in fact do more damage. Braces do not entirely solve this problem.
