Possibly: Thuja occidentalis is one remedy known to help with hair loss. For best results in prescribing Thuja, one would look for more characteristics of the patient than losing hair alone, though. I could not find homeopathic uses of Sabal serrulata (commonly known as Saw Palmetto) in cases of hair loss or baldness. ...Read more

HSG test left tube block at fimbrial end, right normal.Doc suggested some heating treatment using electromagnetic waves and one inj daily. Will it open?
It depends on block: It will depend on whether the Fallopian tube fimbria is blocked from the inside by previous infection or blocked from the outside by adhesions and "kinking" of the tubal "fingers" The latter can be unblocked by surgery with lysis of the adhesions. The former block(internal) can maybe be opened by microsurgical recanalization. Please note that I did not mention electromagnetic waves at all. ...Read more

Could these substances(rosa canina l., gycerol, talcum, curcuma longa l., 95%curcumin, capsaicin, polygonum cuspidatum, resveratrol) damage brain?
Possibly capsaicin: The curcumin ; resveratrol are anti-inflammatory ; anti-oxidant with neuroprotective effects. There is a study suggesting capsaicin may damage neurons in 10 day old rats. I know of no evidence it can damage brains in humans; many eat peppers without obvious signs of brain damage but capsaicin might cause mild brain damage in some: http://onlinelibrary.Wiley.Com/doi/10.1002/cne.902960310/abstract. ...Read more

No, but effects may:: With rare exceptions, homeopathic remedies are very safe and do not cause "side effects" but occasionally the effects of the medicines are an aggravation, which is a mild temporary worsening of pre-existing symptoms before you start feeling better. While this usually does not occur, when it does happen it is considered a sign that the remedy is having a positive effect on the patient. ...Read more

Complex solution: Not sure if this is truly idiopathic if on MRCP you have a distinct level of pancreatic obstruction with proximal dilation. See a GI specialist for ERCP with possible sphincterotomy or stent insertion. You may benefit from Whipple procedure if you improve with this and are not diabetic. This would be done by a general surgeon specializing in liver and pancreas surgery ...Read more
