If I shower with slippers would plantar warts be spread to other people who use the bathtub?

For what it's worth.: I know it sounds hard to believe, but.....I have treated warts for almost 40 years and I cannot remember when I could confirm one family member spreading warts to another by way of the bathtub. It might have something to do with the smooth surface of the tub. Possibly the flowing of the water. Go figure.
