Conception: You are going to need a dating ultrasound to tell when you conceived. But, Plan B only works 50% of the time. That is why regular birth control is much more effective at preventing pregnancy. It would be very unlikely for any test to be able to pick up pregnancy on 7/10 from sex on 7/3. Pregnancy: To be 100% certain, DNA testing of the baby is the way to go. Plan B is most effective if taken within 24 hrs of unprotected sex so if you took it 3 days after your first episode of unprotected sex, it may not have worked.
