Probably fine: It may be that the original problem was something other than the gallbladder. In any case, it doesn't sound dangerous. If it becomes elsewhere, or is unrelenting, see your primary care provider and ask if a referral to a GI doctor or original surgeon is appropriate. Also ask about sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.
