OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better. I strongly advise organic chicken - see http://bit.Ly/19xax7e for the reasons. My favorite diet for weight loss and overall health is dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian diet- see http://bit.Ly/1dhw9ht don't forget to exercise. Good luck! ...Read more
Can you get liver/pancreas pain/inflammation from eating fried chicken AND 1/2 bag of potato chips every day?...and not eating fruits/vegetables...?

Was my lunch ok for weight loss or did i screw up?I'm 18 male 5'9 170. One piece whole grain bread, slice onion, slice tomato, 1 avacodo, handful almonds
OK: One meal isn't going to make or break your program- the best way to lose weight is permanent changes in how you eat. Slow ; steady is the way to go. Hard to evaluate your lunch without knowing the rest of your diet but it looks ok. Eat mostly fruits, veggies, nuts ; seeds ; you'll lose weight. I'd have much more tomato/onion that a slice. Whole grains ok in moderation. See http://bit.Ly/1dhw9ht. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
