Have "pityrosporum ovale". Been treated with Ketoconazole+Nizoral shampoo, Sporanox pills and topical Brentacort. Problem persist. What else can I do?
Simple....: Take 400mg of Nizoral and do activity to sweat profusely after the pill. Iron all your garments, linen, towel....whatever touches your skin.
