If so, would use topical anti-fungal cream 2 x per day and apply selsun blue at bed and let dry overnight and wash off in am. If severe and doesn't respond to topicals then your family doc can prescribe oral antifungal — usually 1 pills a few days apart followed by exercise to sweat it "onto" skin works well. ...Read more
