Very unlikely: I'm not an endocrinologist, but I can tell you that pituitary tumors are very rare. Without symptoms (& your visual fields are normal, no lab abnormalities, I presume without daily persistent headaches), I would put your odds even lower for macroadenoma (large tumor). Small tumors that release hormones should cause other symptoms like diabetes, blood pressure, &c. At your age, I wouldn't worry. ...Read more
